Website Service Agreement

1. Service Overview
This agreement governs the provision of a managed website service provided by SiteMade.
SiteMade will design, host, and maintain the Client's website using the SiteMade platform.
The website remains hosted on SiteMade infrastructure for the duration of the subscription.
2. Website Setup
SiteMade will create a website using its templates and platform.
The Client may be asked to provide:
- business information
- images or branding materials
- service descriptions
- contact information
Delays in providing materials may delay website delivery.
3. Preview and Approval
A preview version of the website may be provided to the Client before launch.
Preview websites are provided for review purposes only.
Clients may request reasonable revisions prior to launch.
4. Website Launch
The website will be launched once:
- the Client approves the design
- payment requirements have been satisfied
SiteMade will connect the website to the Client's domain where applicable.
5. Hosting and Infrastructure
All websites are hosted on SiteMade managed infrastructure.
Clients may not transfer the website to external hosting environments.
SiteMade manages:
- hosting
- security
- backups
- infrastructure updates
6. Website Updates
Depending on the service package, the Client may:
- edit website content through the CMS
- request updates from SiteMade
Major design changes or additional pages may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation:
- the website will be taken offline
- access to the platform will be removed
- the licence to use the website will end
