SiteMade Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by SiteMade ("SiteMade", "we", "our", or "us").

Sitemade is operated by Clean Fleet Limited. VAT registration number: 381830686.

By purchasing or using any SiteMade services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

SiteMade provides subscription-based website design, hosting, and management services for small businesses.

2. Services Provided

SiteMade provides:

• Website design and setup
• Website hosting
• Website templates and CMS access
• Website maintenance and updates
• Basic technical support

The specific services provided will depend on the package selected by the Client.

SiteMade reserves the right to modify, improve, or update the services offered at any time.

3. Subscription Model

All websites provided by SiteMade operate on a subscription basis.

The Client pays a recurring monthly fee for continued access to:

• website hosting
• the SiteMade platform
• the website design and templates
• ongoing maintenance and support

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or removal of the website.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, templates, systems, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of SiteMade.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the website while their subscription remains active.

Clients do not obtain ownership of:

• the website design
• the source code
• templates or CMS software

Upon cancellation or termination of service, this licence is revoked.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and lawful content
• Ensure all content supplied does not infringe copyright
• Maintain ownership rights to images, logos, and materials supplied
• Cooperate with reasonable requests required to build the website

SiteMade is not responsible for verifying the legality of content provided by the Client.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in advance according to the selected subscription plan.

If payment fails or is not received:

• SiteMade may suspend the website
• access to services may be restricted
• the website may be taken offline

SiteMade reserves the right to terminate services for persistent non-payment.

7. Suspension and Termination

SiteMade may suspend or terminate services if:

• payments are overdue
• these Terms are breached
• the website is used for illegal or harmful purposes

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to any minimum contract period.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteMade will make reasonable efforts to ensure reliable service.

However, SiteMade shall not be liable for:

• loss of business
• loss of profits
• loss of data
• website downtime beyond reasonable control

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the subscription paid in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

SiteMade may update these Terms at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the SiteMade website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
